Are you feeling unsure about therapy? That’s completely normal. The best way to find out if we can work together is to have a first session. It’s an opportunity to explore if therapy is the right path and ask any questions. If we decide that we are fit and continue to schedule sessions, I will bill you for the session.
If we are not a good fit, I don’t charge for this first session. I have openings for new patients and currently do not have a waitlist.
